A: Color samples should be obtained from your dealer. Please keep in mind they are a small representation of the overall material grain and color; therefore, we do not recommend ordering your cabinets off of only a sample. Please contact a local dealer in your area to visit their showroom and view a door sample or kitchen display in the door style, material species and finish color that you are interested in purchasing.
Different scenarios will require different types of installation hardware. Therefore, we do not supply the hardware. Please refer to your local building codes to determine what is recommended for your structure.
Our goal is 1-2 business days from the time our designer has all the information required to start the project. Actual lead times can vary depending on volume of requests.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on individual cabinets, cabinet parts, trim items or any portion of cabinet orders. Please see our return and refund policy above for hardware and accessory items.
As we are cabinet makers ourselves, we will be happy to assist any way we can. We will even try to answer the phone on weekends, if possible…but cannot guarantee this. If you cannot reach us, just leave a message and we will return your call ASAP. Our sales and service reps are exceptionally well versed in the product and industry and can guide you through any issues you may run in to.
Yes, we will. We have several designers that can assist you in planning your kitchen from start to finish. We can also review any designs you already had done by others, reviewing your order for accuracy as compared to your design, looking for door/drawer conflicts, finished ends, finished interiors and similar often missed aspects of a kitchen order.
